Return & Exchange Policy

Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!

Returns and Exchanges are possible provided that the item has not been used or damaged. 

In-store Return and Exchange Terms:

Exchange are given if the item is returned within the calendar month in which it was purchased. 

Exchange is possible for merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase with original receipt or with stock-code and date of purchase. No restocking fee is charged for such exchanges. Exchanges must be of equal or greater value.

No returns/exchanges after 30 days of purchase.

Mail-in Return and Exchange Terms:

Refunds are given if the item is returned and in our possession within the calendar month in which it was purchased. A 15% restocking fee is charged for returns involving Refunds.

Exchange is possible for merchandise returned and in our possession within 60 days of purchase with original receipt or with item code number and date of purchase. No restocking fee is charged for such exchanges. Exchanges must be of equal or greater value.

We are not held responsible for any lost, missing or damaged packages that are the fault of the third-party courrier. Any surplus charges to resend the found package are at cost for the customer. 

Customer will pay in-bound shipping (customs brokerage fees may also apply) for the item being returned for Refund or Exchange.

For Exchanges, the customer will also pay out-bound shipping (packing/crating and customs brokerage fees may also apply) for the new item.

No returns/exchanges after 60 days of purchase for Mail-ins.
